The minimum we will cook for is 25 people. All groups smaller than 25 will be charged for a minimum of 25 people. Small groups are welcome to bring their own food and use our warming kitchen in the Lower DMC. Large groups are expected to eat in our Dining Hall.
We can provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner and snacks/beverages if desired.
You will be able to discuss your meal selection as well as any dietary needs and allergies with our Food Services Manager prior to your event.
Final numbers, meal selection, and dietary restrictions must be confirmed 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
