Our Facilities
Our meeting rooms can be set up with a layout of your choosing whether it's church-style, banquet style, or no chairs or tables. We can provide microphones, stands, a projector, etc. We have 2 communal firepits if your group would like a bonfire. Firewood is provided, however you must provide your own seating.
All details must be confirmed 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
Douglas Memorial Centre (Upper DMC)
The Upper DMC is a large auditorium that can hold up to 400 people in church-style seating; up to 250 if tables are needed. It features a full stage setup with a sound booth in the back. Washrooms are located on the lower level.

Bull Fireplace Room
(Lower DMC)
The Bull Fireplace Room is our second meeting space located on the lower floor of the Douglas Memorial Centre. It can hold up to 60 people in church-style seating; 50 if you need tables. The Bull Fireplace Room is attached to our Warming Kitchen which can be rented at an additional cost. A TV or projector, microphones, and stands, etc. can be provided. Washrooms are located down the hall.
Red/Blue Rooms
Our Red/Blue rooms are located in the Lower DMC across the hall from the Bull Fireplace Room.
The Red/Blue rooms are to be used as breakout rooms only and not a main meeting space. They can hold up to 20-25 people.
Nursery
The Nursery is located in the Lower DMC down the hall from the Bull Fireplace Room. It can be used as a nursery or a breakout room if the Red/Blue rooms are already being used. It can hold up to 15 people. Sound can be provided from the Upper DMC to the nursery if needed.
Warming Kitchen
The warming kitchen is attached to the Bull Fireplace Room in the Lower DMC. It can be used to prep and serve food. The oven is for warming food up ONLY as it does not have the power needed to fully cook something.
Dining Hall
Our Dining Hall can seat up to 90 people at one time. More seating can be arranged if needed.
We can serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and provide snacks/beverages if desired.
The NEST
The NEST is a large coverall structure located in our Harbour Ridge camp area. It can be used as a main meeting space if the Upper DMC and Bull Fireplace room are unavailable. It can hold up to 150 people in church-style seating. It is seasonal and can only be used between May long weekend and Thanksgiving weekend.
