RV's & Mobiles

The Trailer or RV Park is located in the heart of the park and consists of two types of lots. There are about 230 travel trailer or RV lots virtually all of which are currently leased on a seasonal basis. In addition there are about 15 tenting lots and several temporary tent lots that are rented by the day or week. To the west of the RV Park is the Mobile Home Park consisting of 28 mobile home lots, all of which are leased. The park is surrounded by water.

There is plenty of open space as there is a 66 foot wide Green Belt along the entire shoreline of Wesley Acres. And although the islands that make up Wesley Acres cover about 250 acres, the trailer or RV park and the buildings occupy only about 70 acres. RVs & Mobiles For Sale If you are interested in purchasing a trailer and leasing a lot at Wesley Acres:

1) Please contact our Administration Office first.

2) We will then send you an application pkg. to fill out.

3) Once our Camping Committee & our Board of Directors approve your application, you are then allowed to purchase and lease here.

Please note: If you are interested in buying a trailer at Wesley Acres - you must first fill out an application at Guest Services/Camp Office. After completing the application, please submit it to the office for approval. The approval process can take between 2-4 weeks or longer depending on the circumstances.
