Well..The 2007 summer season has come and gone. We have been blessed! To start the summer we went from the May 24th cleanup into the Annual Fish & Chip Weekend. We were blessed and challenged by our guest speakers Laurie Baushman and Harry Van Hof wegen. The weekend weather was awesome! And to top it off …the donations from the event covered the cost of a complete repaint of the Maintenance Barn. Thanks to a number of men who volunteered their time to paint.

We then went into our Family Camps 1 and 2 with many men making commitments to the Lord in their walk with Him. The two Pancake Breakies brought out a lot of men and the Woman’s Ministry in a very successful donation of moneys to “Send a Kid to Camp”

Throughout the summer, men were stepping up and becoming involved in different areas
of ministries at Wesley Acres.

As we head into the coming winter season, please pray for the staff and ministries that will be continuing throughout. Our Staff, Maintenance, Board and different committees will be hard at work for us to help continue to do the Lord’s work

Your Men’s Ministry exec will be planning for an even more exciting season next year.
