What
Is ELEVATE Adventure Based Training?
Elevate Adventure Training consists of a customized series of
fun and challenging facilitated activities developed to achieve
the specific objectives outlined by your organization. In designing
a day or weekend program you have a number of options to choose
from, including our outdoor experiential components (Low Ropes
Course, High Ropes Course, Rock Climbing Wall & Simulated
Search & Rescue Operation), team & trust building activities,
initiative problems, and intense team sports. Each component is
attuned to correspond with the physical and emotional capabilities
of each group. Groups Succeed by working together to overcome
each challenge. Individuals Success is found in overcoming personal
barriers and stepping outside of confining comfort zones in the
safe “challenge by choice” environment. Each component
is complemented by relevant briefings and structured discussions.
The program concludes with a debrief conducted by your program
facilitators and team leaders.
