Membership
Membership in Wesley Acres Inc. is open to all members of the Free Methodist Church in Canada. Wesley Acres Retreat Centre and Campground is owned by Wesley Acres Inc., a registered charity. It operates week long camping events for families, children and youth on its 250 acre site. The trailer park at Wesley Acres has 245 seasonal sites in addition to the 28 mobile home sites. The facilities at Wesley Acres are used by other groups for week long and week end programs throughout the year. It is managed by a dedicated staff who report to a Board of Directors. Board members are elected by the members of Wesley Acres Inc. at the annual meeting.

Wesley Acres is an Associate Member of the Canadian Counsel of Christian Charities (CCCC's) and is guided by the CCCC's in all of its financial policies.

Annual Meeting
The annual meeting of Wesley Acres Inc. is typically held in the morning of the final Saturday of Family Camp Week Two

The annual meeting receives reports from the Wesley Acres Board of Directors, elects new members to the board as needed and provides the membership with an opportunity to ask questions about the operation and future of Wesley Acres.

Location
Wesley Acres is located on a 250 acre island in the middle of West Lake, just a few kilometers south of Belleville. It can be reached from Highway 401by following either Highway 49 to Picton and then Hwy. 33 to Bloomfield, or follow Hwy. 62 or 33 to Bloomfield. From Bloomfield, follow Wesley Acres Road for 5 km.
